How to Book
Currently my working hours are:

Wednesdays at 1pm, 4pm & 7:30pm

Fridays at 11am, 1pm & 3pm.

Please email me on handmadeholistic@gmail.com or send me a message on Instagram @handmadeholistic with the following information:

Treatment (including length of time)

Preferred time slot, day and date plus an alternative

Full name, email address and telephone number

Once we have agreed on an appointment time, I will add the appointment onto my booking system Fresha. You will receive an email from Fresha requesting a 50% deposit which must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
Things to note before booking

I have a cat so my space is not suitable for those with allergies or a phobia of cats
​

I'm in an apartment building so there may be background noise and my space is up one flight of stairs

I'm currently not taking on new male clients. This is for my own safety as I've unfortunately had some unpleasant past experiences

Please let me know if you're booking for someone else. As I'm working from my home, it's very important for me to know who will be coming into my space
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking and this is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment I require 48 hours notice and your deposit will be moved to the new appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours it will not be possible to move the deposit to another appointment. If you fail to show up to your appointment without making contact you are liable to pay 100% of the treatment and the balance will be taken from the card that you booked with.
