I provide my treatments from my cosy apartment in St Anne's BS4 where if you're lucky, my cat Clarence will curl up near us and give off some of his healing energies. I love animals, so all of the products I use are vegan and cruelty-free.

As a therapist I take more of a gentle approach with a focus on calming the nervous system, which not only provides a release for the body but also the mind. While a firm pressure and deep tissue can often feel good, it's a common myth that a massage needs to hurt in order for it to achieve results and can sometimes put the body into fight or flight. 

I work in both an intuitive and collaborative way to ensure that you receive the treatment that you need and deserve. We will go through an initial consultation beforehand and come up with a treatment plan to suit your needs on the day.
